Showcase Quilt Entry Form

You must be a member of one of the sponsoring quilt guilds in order to submit an entry in the quilt show.  If you belong to multiple guilds, only one entry is allowed per person.

Entry form is due January 2027

There is a $5 entry fee for the 2027 show.

Quilts need to be delivered to Pavilion on Thursday, March 4,  2027 between 10am and 12pm.
